Energy & Manufacturing Institute

This project was designed by Morris Architecture (now Huitt Zollars) and constructed by Construction Manger at Risk Tellepsen Builders.  The two-story, 70,000 sf building is focused on training and support for the oil and gas and manufacturing industries and contains 28 labs, 5 classrooms, 2 simulation classes, a machine room, and a high-bay manufacturing shop.  Construction cost was $16M.
